A Letter to Prospective Employers:
My entire life has been under the familiar hand of the culinary business. I began with the entry level position of dishwasher/busgirl.
As the years progressed, I advanced to the more demanding positions of line cook and sushi chef. Since my first year working,
I have spent about eight years in the restaurant business. Most of my experience has been under my father, specializing in
authentic Japanese cuisine, sushi, and a little French pastry/dessert.
Currently, I am graduating from the Midwest Culinary Institute. Within Cincinnati State, I have pursued the Culinary Arts
degree. This upcoming year, I will develop and enhance my pastry and baking skills through the school's Pastry Arts program.
Through this combination of knowledge and hands-on experience, I am able to offer my employer an unusual assortment of
skills.
